How will I know if I’ve been accepted?

When your application has been received and you have been accepted to the upcoming Chrysalis, the Registrar will contact you by mail or by email within one week of receiving your application. The registrar will send an acceptance letter to you and a sponsor’s letter to your sponsor. Both will include further instructions and other useful information. If you do not receive this confirmation within 5-7 days, please call or email the Registrar.

What do I need to turn in for my application to be complete?

You must submit the online application or mail in a hard copy of the application. You will be required to submit a medical consent form which can be downloaded from the website and mailed to the Registrar. This must be signed by a parent or guardian for every participant under 18. Your application will not be complete until this form is received. The registration fee may be sent in advance or paid at check-in.

You can pay for a Chrysalis weekend by mailing a check to the Registrar, bring cash or a check to Sendoff, or by paying through PayPal before the Chrysalis weekend begins.
